Main Responsibilities-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week
-Maximum of 10 admin hours per week
-Wednesday to Sunday working schedule (Monday & Tuesday are off)
-Student age: 4 to 12 years old
-Prepare teaching materials for each class in advance
-Contribute positively to the work of English drama teaching
-Lead drama / theatre & some TEFL-combined classes & curriculum development
-Take shots of homework guide video
-Participate in marketing campaign
-Teach the English language to the best of your ability, focus on learning objectives and achieve them through a stimulating and motivating way
-Be responsible for the students’ welfare and development
Compensation-Excellent monthly salary: 14,000 to 17,000 RMB
-Free accommodation provided by the school OR 1,800 RMB monthly housing allowance
-Arrival 3 day hotel allowance on provision of receipt
-Monthly demo bonus provided
-Annual airfare reimbursement: up to 6,000 RMB
-Contract completion bonus: up to 10,000 RMB

Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Drama relevant subjects required (candidates without Drama major but with strong drama & stage experience may be considered)
-We can consider applicants from any country, with fluent English and a clear accent
-TEFL certificate with 120 hours above preferred 
-Strong performing skills
-Professional, dynamic and culturally aware
-Good mental and physical health and clean criminal record
-Be available on weekends or in afternoons / evenings
