Responsibilities:


Teaching English to kids in China aged 3–12 in groups of up to 15 students
Planning and delivering lessons to children professionally
- Using electronic media, courseware and combined teaching tools to teach
English efficiently and effectively.
Demo class &; Oral Test for potential client (if needed);
- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
to both students and their parents
Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises
- Participating in social and promotional activities organized by BLT edu (if
needed)
40 working hours per week (including office hours and teaching hours)
- Other teaching-relative assignments.
 


Salary and Benefits:


Up to 18,000 RMB monthly, based on qualifications and experience

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree
A TEFL/TESOL Certification
Knowledge in pedagogy and teaching methodology;
Sense of rponsibility for students;
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly;
Ability and skills in activating class atmosphere.
obtain a clear background check (clean criminal history)
The ability to live in Xi’an for at least one year
